This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Kay Sanders ("Host") and the undersigned individual ("Speaker") regarding the Speaker’s participation in The Alchemy of Conscious Creation Summit ("Summit").

1. Event Details

The Summit is a virtual, pre-recorded event scheduled to take place June 16-19th, 2025.

The Speaker will participate in a recorded Zoom interview hosted by Kay Sanders, which will be made available to registered attendees during the event.

2. Speaker Obligations

The Speaker agrees to:

- Participate in a recorded Zoom interview at a mutually agreed time.

- Provide a high-resolution headshot, bio, and topic details in advance.

- Ensure high-quality audio and video for the recording.

- Promote the summit by sending at least two (2) dedicated emails to their email list of at ideally 3,000 subscribers or if lower then a highly engaged email list and social media following.

- Share the summit on social media at least once before and once during the event.

3. Usage & Distribution Rights

By signing this agreement, the Speaker grants Kay Sanders the right to:

- Use the recorded interview as part of The Alchemy of Conscious Creation Summit.

- Include the interview in limited-time replays for registered attendees.

- Repurpose the session as a bonus inside Kay Sanders' membership or other future related offerings.

- Use the Speaker’s name, bio, and likeness in promotional materials related to the summit.

The Speaker understands that the list of summit sign-ups will not be shared with speakers. If the Speaker wishes to grow their own email list, they may provide an optional freebie or lead magnet during their session, directing attendees to their own opt-in page.

The Speaker retains the right to use their own interview for their personal marketing purposes, provided it is not shared before the summit airs.

4. Compensation

The Speaker understands that participation is voluntary and unpaid.

No financial compensation, revenue share, or affiliate commission will be provided for participation.

5. Promotional Timeline

The Speaker will receive promotional materials (email swipe copy, graphics, and social media assets) at least two weeks before the summit begins.

Speaker promotions (emails and social shares) should begin at the agreed-upon timeframe leading up to the event.

6. Agreement & Signature

By signing below, the Speaker acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
